The fun starts when you open the POP packaging as this fully assembled chassis is pre-installed with an advanced ASF2.4GHz control system that is ready for operation as soon as the power is switched on. Just add batteries and you’re ready to run. The MR-02EX Readyset makes it easier than ever to appreciate the MINI-Z Racer’s world famous combination of dynamic driving performance and die-cast quality body finish. In addition, you can choose from a huge line-up of body styles compatible with the MR-02MM chassis. The steering wheel and throttle trigger on the transmitter allow you to drive the new “MR-02EX” just like a real car with steering, throttle and (electromagnetic) brake at your fingertips so anyone can experience the exciting performance of the MR-02 enjoyed by so many R/C fans around the world. While this micro size model fits on the palm of your hand, its dynamic performance delivers a maximum speed of 17km/h that is the scale equivalent of 400km/h. A wide variety of tuning parts are also available to be fitted so maximum speed can be increased to a breathtaking 30km/h. The MR-02EX also features a training mode and a guide book to support beginner drivers while they become familiar with the speed and control of a real R/C car. From beginners to experts, the MR-02EX promises a world of stress-free enjoyment with superior model racing performance.

Easy to drive, even for beginners! Develop your driving technique in training mode!

KT-18 transmitter included with the MR-02EX features a training mode that limits the maximum speed so it is not too fast and not too slow. Pull the trigger for full throttle and power output is limited to 50% so beginners learn develop proper driving control by minimizing errors. Switching out of training mode is done simply by turning the power on while applying the brake.
