In recent years, many drift users have been interested in traction control on low-grip roads, and ``rear motor conversion\'\' is the answer to maximizing rear traction without changing the total equipment weight!

Changing the mounting position of the heavy motor can have a major impact on machine balance, so Yokomo carried out tests comparable to developing a new vehicle. We have achieved the most efficient balance of traction and high drivability.
Depending on the road surface you drive on, you can enjoy an overwhelming sense of acceleration and amazing traction control performance.
Also comes standard with a motor mount that allows the motor position (height) to be adjusted in 6 levels. Settings can be changed to suit the road surface and driving skill.
Can be installed on all YD-2 series vehicles!

*When installing the rear diffuser, fix the motor mount mounting position at the third step or higher from the bottom. The second row from the bottom cannot be used due to interference.
*Some upper arm mounting positions cannot be used with the aluminum shock tower for YD-2S (Y2-018ARS).
*Rear A-arm suspension kit for YD-2 (Y2-RAC) cannot be used together.
