This lightweight and rigid integrated carbon rear shaft and diff housing unit replaces the F104 kit-standard parts to provide truer and smoother rotation, while also allowing closer positioning of the spur gear to the joint. The result is enhanced throttle response. The stock F104 diff assembly to the main shaft used a set screw to hold the diff housing to the shaft. The integrated unit is built in the same fashion as seen in popular 1/12 pan car designs as well as the design seen on the TRF101 F-1 chassis kit.
