These are steering knuckles that can be used on the Tamiya RM-01 and F104 chassis for greater adjustability. By altering the axle shaft position, the trail can be changed, enabling fine adjustments to match track conditions. Left and right uprights are asymmetric, so more settings are possible by switching the left and right uprights or installing spacers. In addition, each upright has 3 steering rod attachment positions to change steering response. The included spacers allow ground clearance adjustment as well.

These uprights were first introduced as item 54537 and the uprights were anodized in blue. This special edition set comes in black and will only be available for a limited time.
