Safari Rally Hero
Debuted in 1969 as Nissan&39;s domestic sports car, the first generation Fairlady Z actively took part in motor sports racing and showed off its superb performance especially in rally races. This 1/10 scale R/C assembly kit model replicates one such rally car, the Datsun 240Z. The distinctive long-nose, short-deck body silhouette has been realistically reproduced with durable polycarbonate. Separate parts for metal-plated front and rear bumpers, light cases, and light pods are included to enhance scale realism. In addition, LEDs are included to depict headlights (white) and taillights (red). Separately available LEDs can also be installed into light pods to further enhance realism.
Evolved Chassis
The bathtub frame of the evolved shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E has its motor and battery close to the ground for lower center of gravity and optimum balance. Mounted on the bathtub frame is a fiberglass reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers improving rigidity, as well as a 3-piece tie rod providing a smoother steering action. The low center of gravity, great balanced design, 4 wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears all come together to produce excellent operating ability. In addition, racing radial tires with realistic tread pattern are mounted on black dish wheels.
