Team Kunimitsu&39;s Potent Machine
The 2010 Super GT series saw the introduction of Honda&39;s new HSV-010GT race cars and this 1/10 scale ready-to-run R/C model reproduces Team Kunimitsu&39;s entry, which was driven by young Japanese drivers Takuya Izawa and Naoki Yamamoto. The dynamic form of the machine, including the distinctive rear wing and side mirrors, has been faithfully reproduced with the accurate representation of the car&39;s livery. LEDs are also included to depict head (white) and tail (red) lights for enhanced realism. Racing slick tires are mounted on 6-spoke black wheels.
Enhanced Performance
The bathtub frame of the shaft-driven 4WD TT-01 Type-E features the motor and battery mounted close to the ground for lower center of gravity and optimum balance. A fiberglass-reinforced nylon upper deck and gear covers improve rigidity, while a 3-piece tie rod provides smooth steering action. The low center of gravity, balanced design, 4-wheel double wishbone suspension system, and front and rear differential gears all come together to result in superb driving characteristics. The chassis comes equipped with an electronic speed controller (ESC) for smooth throttle control.
