This is a limited release kit of the popular CV-3 Saratoga model. It is packaged together with a highly comprehensive set of photo-etched parts crafted by the Korean company Pontos Model, to add an extra layer of in-depth, authentic detail to your 1/700 scale "Sister Sara"!

Tamiya&39;s Water Line Series model of the death-defying USS Saratoga (which survived WWII against the odds) is given a limited edition release with a comprehensive detail-up parts set to take it to new heights.

Includes a staggering 4 sheets of photo-etched parts to recreate - among others - anti-aircraft ordnance, bridge radar etc. Brass parts depict components such as 5-inch gun barrels and the mast with unerring precision, while the set also comes with a wooden effect deck sheet plus dry decals.
