This 1/35 scale model of the U.S. Medium Tank M4A3E8 Sherman "Easy Eight". The Sherman "Easy Eight" was originally released by the Japanese model maker named Asuka Model (previously known as Tasca Model) in 2010. Now, it is packaged together with Tamiya-made figures in this exciting new item! The M4 Sherman is one of the truly iconic tanks of WWII, used by the U.S. and other Allied countries and undergoing numerous revolutions in order to stay competitive with its formidable German rivals. The M4A3E8 was known fondly as the Easy Eight, and featured such upgrades as Horizontal Volute Spring Suspension (HVSS) and a M4A3 76mm gun. Some of the 2,500 produced even served in the Korean War years after the Allied triumph in WWII.
