A Unique Coupe This 2-door car was known as the XT coupe in North America and Europe, and the Alcyone in Japan. Its highly distinctive wedge-shaped body featured retracting headlights, and had a 0.30 drag coefficient. Air suspension and electronically-controlled ACT-4 active torque split 4WD were also on offer. The Alcyone VR was the top spec sold in Japan, with a 135hp 1.7-liter boxer engine.
About the Model This is a 1/24 scale plastic model assembly kit recreating the Subrau 4WD Turbo XT Coupe. Length: 186mm. The memorable wedge-shaped form is captured with aplomb. Underside features depictions of suspension and drivetrain elements. Left- and right-hand drive dashboard and windshield wiper parts are included. Retracting headlights can be moved, even after the model is complete. Decals are included to recreate the digital instrumentation and 2 different seat cover patterns. Comes with optional rear spoiler parts.
