Scourge of the Solomons
The A6M3 Model 22 was an improved variant of the Zero which followed the A6M2 Model 21 and A6M3 Model 32 and it first saw action in the skies over the Solomon Islands in early 1943. This finished model accurately reproduces the 12m wingspan, aerodynamically refined cowling, and other features which led to it being considered the most balanced Zero ever produced. Markings depict the aircraft flown by famous Japanese Navy ace Saburo Shindo and the model is finished with realistic weathering effects. This is an indispensible model for any Zero collection.
