The Storch had the incredible ability to successfully land, with a light headwind, at acute angles and within 20m on a variety of terrain. Throughout WWII, no other aircraft had the same marvelous short take-off and landing (STOL) abilities as the Fieseler Fi156C. It was often used in reconnaissance and communication roles, and could be seen on every front seving as the eyes for the German army.

• This is a 1/48 scale plastic finished model.

• The wonderful form of the excellent Fi156C STOL aircraft, including the sturdy main landing gear, wing, and the stretched canopy has been accurately reproduced.
• The fuselage comes with special pad printed markings and decals for the aircraft belonging to Field Marshal Rommel, who led the German African Korps.
