Entered by Team Honda Racing, the Takata Dome NSX was piloted by Ryo Michigami, widely considered as Honda&39;s ace driver, and rookie Takashi Kogure during the 2005 Super GT season. The team achieved 2nd place at Round 5 Motegi with their car powered by a naturally-aspirated mid-mounted 3.5 liter V6 engine, but bad luck plagued the team and dashed their high hopes for the season.
