The O.S. Speeds controllable power characteristics and surprisingly lower fuel consumption were a contributing factor to Atsushi Hara winning the Worlds in Charlotte, North Carolina. Atsushi Hara's run times between pit times were eight minutes and thirty seconds compared to rivals at seven minutes and thirty seconds. This along with his fabulous driving allowed Atsushi Hara to make one less pit stop and win the Worlds.
